Good Morning to all. I hope that you are all surviving the horrendous month, which is January.😱 I need to bring a matter to you all, regarding appointment cancellations and no shows. Unfortunately, a number of clients lately have either not responded to their text confirmations, or turned up. Due to this, we have no alternative other than to introduce a cancellation policy.💋 All new appointments that are made will be subject to a deposit in order to secure your appointment. 24 hours notice must be given if you are unable to attend. The deposit will be upheld if the cancellation has been made within 24 hours . We understand there may be emergency situations but consideration to your technician and the time and money it costs when people just dont turn up. Sorry but we had no alternative to implement these measures💋💋💋💋
