Good Morning, today is TNR Wednesday. My goal is to spay and neuter 4 each week. If you can help please sponsor a spay/neuter for 35$. We have come too far to stop now. Winter is fast approaching and I am asking for you to help me continue to help spay and neuter this colony. 8 done in a week is no small task. It takes time, effort, patience and dedication and I think I have all of that. Every week, Lindsey has been right there to help me with them. That kitten you see laying on the sidewalk is the last of the kittens there. He has been the most difficult to catch. The older he gets the more feral he becomes. That makes it harder to tame him and rehome. No one wants a wild kitten they cant touch, especially with small children, that unfortunately makes him un-adoptable to many families. We must get him before its too late. I have enough for one spay/neuter today. I need 3 more sponsors to continue my task. The cost is 35$ and it will be done at Hazle Beer and Deli on Hazle a Street, Ashley, PA. Anyone who can sponsor please do. When I humanely trap them, I will take all of them over tonight and I have to pay them when I drop them off. They will be done tomorrow, and they will call me when they are ready to be picked up and released. I am still not feeling that great from this horrible respiratory infection, but I want to continue my mission here. A kitten was killed last week there. We trapped one of the orange sick males and he was treated. Now we have to catch sick orange baby number two to get him treated, if not, this will spread through the colony. Please help me help them. I cant do it alone. In two weeks time Ive rescued 16 kittens from there, placed some in foster, spayed and neutered 6 males and 2 females. We are almost there. We will also provide shelters for them for the winter months.
