Students who are nonresidents from these eligible countries may apply: Argentina, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Surinam, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela. To qualify, you must: - Have been born in AND be a current resident of one of the nations listed above. - Have resided in the Western Hemisphere for at least five years. - Intend to return to your country upon completion of your program of study. - Be a full time student in good academic standing. Eligible applicants can stop by the OIP office anytime Monday – Friday from 8AM – 5PM to fill out the application form. Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 21st by 5pm for consideration. Late applications will not be accepted.
