Good! Over 35 years ago, I worked on a successful system to provide an income based sliding fee system for Title XX child day care across the state of Georgia. In addition to this project being the subject of my Masters Thesis under the Math Dept at Georgia State University, the system went into production statewide on January 1, 1977. Using only three well-designed paper forms, Georgia was the only state in the nation to meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual federal compliance reporting requirements. Our initial success was measured by supporting 1,000 families by continue to receive subsidies for high-quality licensed Child Day Care, while their mostly single working mothers took better paying jobs to support their children. There were no audit exceptions and 15 years later the program was still operating successfully. Wonder what we could have accomplished by using the internet?
