Good afternoon, Below I have described the tentative itinerary for Winterfest along with what should and should not be brought on the trip. Dec. 30- 9 A.M - Leave Parkway 10 A.M. - Arrive 11-12:30 - Ice Skating (Group) 12:30-1:30 - Lunch (Packed) 1:30-5 - Campus Activities* 5-5:30 - Dinner 6 - Vines Center 6:30-12 - Concert/Activities 12:30-1:30 - Late Night Activity Dec. 31- 9 A.M. - Breakfast 10-12 - Snowflex (Group) 12:30-1:30 - Lunch 1:30-5 - Campus Activities 5-5:30 - Dinner 6 - Vines Center 6:30-12 - Concert/Activities 12:30-1:30 - Late Night Activity Jan. 1- 9 A.M. - Breakfast 10 A.M. - Leave 11 A.M. - Arrive Back to Parkway *Campus Activities: 1-5 P.M. Rock Wall Climbing, Ice Skating, Indoor Sports, Swimming, much more ... 2:30 - 4 P.M. Q and A with Lecrea, Kari Jobe, For King and Country 1 P.M. Campus Tours Students will need to bring the following: Sleeping Bag Pillow Towel Shower Supplies Bathing Suit (optional) (Liberty requires one piece for girls or a dark shirt over swimming suit) Appropriate Clothes for Snowflex (Proper attire is mandatory and includes long-sleeve shirts, pants, and gloves. Windbreaker material is recommended.- Liberty Snowflex)* Packed lunch for Dec. 30 $26 Dollars for Meal Plan (One Lunch, Two Dinners) Pack Lightly Please do not bring iPods/mp3s players, laptops, or handheld gaming systems as they tend to get lost on these trips. Parkway will not be responsible for these items. Cell phones are permitted, but if found being used excessively or during service/activity times they will be confiscated for the remainder of each day. Arrive before 9 A.M., and eat a good breakfast before, so we can leave as soon as possible to ensure a full two days of fun!
