Good afternoon McLean Family - It took me a while to finally sit down and write this letter of thanks, but, it was very important for me to do so. This past summer, my parents needed new flooring for their kitchen, dining room and small hallway leading to their living room. Mom and Dad have always supported local, privately owned businesses, and have always looked to your business for any flooring needs over the years. Your Salesperson, Ken Greenidge became our Consultant. Ken was absolutely wonderful in every aspect of our dealings with him! My parents liked Ken very much and found him to be very professional and nice when he spent some time at their home measuring for quote. Ken helped us with the flooring selection by explaining the differences in durability and value in our choices. This was a ‘rush’ job, as my Mom decided in early August that she wanted new flooring before my parent’s 60th Anniversary at their house on August 30. We told Ken the timeline, and he ‘got the job done’ with plenty of time to spare! My Mom and Dad were able to proudly display their beautiful new flooring to their friends and family. Ken was so nice to my parents and myself through the whole process of selecting and installation. We experienced The Highest Standard In Customer Service from your employee, Ken Greenidge! We can not thank Ken enough for all he did for us. My parents picked a beautiful floor covering and Ken organized the installation of the job. Ken put Johnny Satoris on the job for my parents. My parents thought the world of Johnny! My Mom told me that she has never seen a man who works harder at his job! Mom and Dad insisted that Johnny have lunch with them while he was installing the flooring at their home. They enjoyed Johnny being in their home, but, most importantly, the amazing job he did installing the flooring. It was not an easy installation in my parents home – lots of cutting, a lot of different floor areas, and a rounded wall corner too! Johnny completed the job with only one seam! One seam! That is ‘invisible’! Wow! We were so pleased and impressed! My parents (and myself) want you to know how much Ken’s Customer Service and Johnny’s Professional Installation meant to us! We are very grateful for our experiences with your company. We are spreading the good word’ to people about the quality flooring and customer service we received from your company.
