Good afternoon all. A warning to anybody traveling South from Lusaka on the Kafue Road. Since yesterday Zacari Phiri have set up a speed TRAP between Vuma Filling station and the new roundabout at the Blue Boar turn off. It really is a TRAP! Although you can quite clearly see the radar gun on its tripod, you dont know what speed you are supposed to be doing as there are no limit signs, you have to ask what is the limit when you get stopped, and believe me they are catching many people. The reply as to the limit is 40kph. The explanation (TRAP) is that the last sign you passed by the pedestrian crossing after Vuma was 40 so that is the limit! I dont believe it, but they must be making a fortune. You have been warned.
