I feel that it is in best interest to contact you because I have been the victim of racial profiling and fraudulent practices regarding financial, health, and basic human rights of security. This is in part because of the government practices in place and I believe that the way I was treated was unfair and unjust with regards to the federal, local law enforcement personnel and Stafford County Judicial System. I believe that federal agents have followed me for the past several years and that my assets as far as business and house are concerned have been deliberately taken from me as part of a greater plan for human suffrage; based on discrimination. These claims may appear unsubstantial but I have evidence proving otherwise. First these individuals took my business license, and there were 23 cases filed against me with the Stafford County Judicial System with no evidence. The felony case against me has proven to bring hardship upon my life and I feel that my personal security and rights as an American citizen are being violated. The damage this has caused is virtually irreparable due to the nature of the local government system not allowing me to progress or start another business. This has crippled me financially and has taken a toll on my health because I have no money to get health related issues taken care of. In my 34 years of being a United States citizen I have never experienced such disrespect and never knew that ones personal rights as a citizen of this country could be violated without cause with no repercussions for the people that have done this to me. Based on issues stemming from these issues I have spent the last three years without income of any kind. I have requested help from various governments of other countries to make them aware of this situation. I am requesting that the murder of my daughter, Layla Mahjour, be investigated, as this was not accomplished at the time of her death in 2008. I would also like to know where the gravesite is. Furthermore, the net value of my business was 1.8 million dollars and I wish to receive this back by any means necessary as this was taken from me as part of the mentioned local government issues. I am requesting an OPR meeting, and they have denied me access to any aid since my attempts have been made futile.
