Good afternoon, to all of us fb practicianers (sp)...and its very chilly, today. Not much on my plate today...gonna go to a nice evening mass, then maybe rent a movie or two. Got all them freebies from Redbox this past week, and I should use them. I have til 9/14 to do so. May as well take advantage of their generosity....I do rent from them a lot...so I dont feel guilty in doing so. (The taking advantage part....lol). Brrr....nothing like coming outside to smoke, upon waking up...thats when this arctic blast of 58° hits me the most. Had goosebumps, earlier...lol. The mother doe and her two fawns, dont seem to be bothered by the temp, theyre just frolicking around the saltlick out front....wishing that my fathers garden, was back in full bloom....lol. Yesterday, as James Crotti Jr., was bringing me down our driveway here (its a good half mile long), a doe ran from the cornfield, crossed in front of Jims car, and made her way into the woods. She did stop, about 30 feet from the car, turned her head to investigate us, and just stood there looking at us. Jim stopped his car, and with the window down, started making puppy dog calls towards the doe. Here deerie deerie deerie......lol. We sat about a minute or so, to let Jim take in the moment, because hes a City Folk....and doesnt get this chance too often. It put a big smile, on both of our faces! But I was cracking up at his puppy dog calls, towards the doe.....I mean, really...how else do you vocalize....to a deer?? It was cute....got a chuckle from it. :-) . On a heavier note....my heart goes out to a VERY, VERY SPECIAL CERTAIN LADY out there, and she knows who she is. I feel for her, during this trying time, and wish her all my best. Will be saying powerful prayers for her, at this evenings mass. My, and our Fathers love, goes out to her. So, with that all being said.....I wish for you all to make the absolute best of our weekend, stay the coarse on positivity, and keep those contagious smiles, on all of you beautiful faces!! :-)
