Good afternoon, yall. I need to pick your collective hive-mind on a slightly macabre question: Say a man was crouched inside a packing container with sharp metal protuberances behind him. Unknowingly, he tried to quickly burrow deeper into the container and stabbed himself on one of these metal pieces, cutting a vein in his neck. Which vein could he slice to cause life-threatening damage, but could keep him alive for, say, 15-20 minutes till someone found him and applied a (futuristic) tourniquet? I would like him to lose approximately four pints of blood (? enough for a 150 pound man to experience advanced mental confusion and become very pale) within that time frame. Thanks for the help!
