Good am everyone!! Just an update...I tested positive for the BRCA1 gene and a PALB2 gene. Apparently our family history is going to be a genetic researchers playground. So next step...option 1: do an MRI everymonth and wait for breast cancer to show up and go through the chemo, radiation and surgery thing again (NOT an option), option 2: Cut off the tatas (YES the only way to go), option 3: Take tamoxifin and do MRIs every month waiting to see if tamoxifin keeps the breast cancer away (NOT an option, I dont want this hanging in the back of my mind every day). So bye bye tatas...one more surgery to go...hugs and cheers!!
