Good day! Manila Catering is in need of the following personnel for immediate hiring: 1. Auditor (Sr. & Jr.) - Male/Female, - Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA Internal Auditing or any related course - Related work experience is required for the Sr. Auditor post - For the Jr. Ausditor post, newly graduates are welcome to apply - willing to do Saturday work and to travel - willing to eventually be assigned in Pasig 2. Brand Accountant - Female, not more than 35 yrs old - Graduate of BS Accountancy / Banking & Finance / Management or any related business course - Must have at least 1 yr related work experience - willing to do Saturday work 3. Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor - Atleast 5yrs work experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations. 3yrs of which is in Supervisory/Management level. - Experience in Food Industry (Catering/ Restaurant / Production / Manufacturing) is an advantage 4. Banquet Sales Manager At least 7 years experience as a Sales and Banquet Executive, 3 years of which is in Managerial capacity. Work experience from a food or catering industry with basic knowledge in industrial catering industry is an advantage. Knowledge, skills and abilities • Knowledge in the basic skills in sales and customer service as well as comprehension of the intricacies of the catering business is an advantage. • Knowledge in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, among others). • Has high degree of self-confidence and maturity and projects a strong sense of leadership • Shows sense of initiative and organization • Ability to negotiate effectively with the clients/customers by effectively up selling company products to achieve outlet sales targets. • Must be highly analytical and able to identify issues, determines alternative course of action, and charts the best course of action after relating and measuring costs, pros and cons of possible alternatives. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge in industrial catering and production processes is an advantage. • Able to maintain stable performance despite work pressures and/or oppositions 5. HR Supervisor • Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course from an accredited college or university. Work Experience • Equivalent to at least three (1) years experience in various HR related functions (Recruitment Selection and Staffing, HR Administration, Training). Knowledge, skills and abilities • With excellent communication and comprehension skills (both written and oral) • Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency • Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations • Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions • Interested in continuous learning • Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts • Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department and have good communication skills. • Applies knowledge of human resource principles and practices, including federal and state laws and regulations applicable to work. • Knowledge of functional area and Human Resource Information Systems. • Frequent contact with agency managers and employees to provide guidance, information, and to facilitate the resolution of issues. Contacts may also include benefits providers and the general public for the purpose of gathering data and resolving problems 6. Corporate HROD Manager Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Administration or related field from an accredited and reputable college or university. Work Experience • Equivalent to at least five (5) years experience in all HR and OD functions. Experience in a lead capacity is desired. Strategic Business Unit Head Qualifications - at least 5 years experince handling operation, marketing and business development of several business units/outlets -willing to travel Job Description - Work with the outlet Manager to help achieve short and long term strategic and financial objectives. Work in collaboration with outlet marketing and cross functional partners. -Ensure project management, new product development and execution of marketing programs, including advertising, promotions, package development, and marketing collateral. -.
