Good day Mr. Cupido Please let me assure you that all the cameras in Bontehuewel is working and it is monitored on a 24hr basis. The process in gaining footage is done by the investigating officer on presentation of the cas number. We receive regular visits from the area detectives to check on footage. What the community can do is that, when reporting a crime, inform the officer to include on the docket that there is a camera in the vicinity. The detective investigating the crime will then contact the surveillance centre. Please feel free to contact me for more clarity if needed.
