Good day folks, I write this not to tarnish the image of the Man - TopicsExpress

Good day folks, I write this not to tarnish the image of the Man of God but deem it necessary to add in my little thoughts to what came out from his outfit just days ago. The President over the week delivered 13 Four-Wheel Drive Cars to The National House of Chiefs of which 10 goes to each of the Ten Regional House of Chiefs, 2 to the Chieftaincy Secretariat and the other for The National House of Chiefs. Rt. Rev. Stephen Bosomtwi Ayensu went on radio criticizing the act. Tagging it as being a way to influence the Chiefs to stand by the government though times are hard. The Bishop further went ahead to tell the Chiefs to return the cars to the President of the Nation. He believes the money used in acquiring the cars for the distribution could have been used to help stabilize the dwindling economy. Now, my questions to him and the elephants who sees nothing good in what this government does is; 1. Who even decides whats really important to the other for a government to make implementation? 2. Has he as a Head Bishop of Obuasi Methodist Diocese refused his salary because there are some poor members amongst his congregation? 3. Has he vacated the residence given to him by the Church because people are suffering in his church? 4. Has he ordered some poor members in the Church to stop paying their tithes since the economy is hard? 5. Is he still owing the Obuasi Municipal Assembly or not? 6. Has he thought of the role Traditional Leaders play in settling disputes and maintaining peace in our communities and the nation at large? 7. Has he returned the car bought to him by the Church to be sold to help the poor in the Church? He who is but no sin; let him throw the stone #Credit: Quabena Phyl
