Good day to all, Just needed to clear up any confusion that may have been needlessly created. At no time ever in the entire 4-year history of New Game in Town have we ever banned anyone merely for playing at another store. Never. We would never be so petty as to do something that low brow. Yes, there have been some people banned, for very good reasons (negatively affecting the overall community, cheating, stealing, etc), and yes there have been a couple of warnings issued (warnings only) to people who were dangerously close to committing illegal acts of tortuous interference, but at no time have we ever told people they could not play here if they played at other places, not once, not ever. We greatly appreciate our customers and community. Without you all, we simply wouldnt be here, and we know that. It is you all that make this happen, and if we arent the best possible store we can be, you will go somewhere else. We know that. Its called basic customer service and economics. As we have stated from the very beginning four years ago and continue to state on a regular basis, we are not just here to be a game store; we are here to create a community. We, of course, know that we are not the only game store around, and we encourage our customers and community to go and do whatever they want wherever they want--in fact, weve had numerous reports of how much better our community is, so please, continue to check out other places :). It is always the customers choice where to go and how to spend their money. That is exactly why we work our hardest to ensure the best possible environment and community that we can, as we have for the past four years and will continue to do for many many years to come. If you have been a regular and/or know much about us at all, you know how community driven we are and how much we appreciate said community. So, once again, we cannot thank you all enough for choosing New Game in Town (especially after checking out other locations).
