Good day today with stops in Lenox, Clearfield, Mt. Ayr, Diagonal, New Market, and others. Not a lot of people out and about today, but those I did meet were optimistic and supportive. The phone bank volunteers also are reporting positive comments (could still use some volunteers). 267 miles on the road today and am going to use tomorrow for some personal calls to voters in the area that I know really well and then some grip and grin travels on Monday. Early voting can happen through Monday and then to the polls on Tuesday. Please reach out to Republicans that might support this cause as well-improved economies and communities are something we could all use in Southwest Iowa.
