Good evening! 4 years ago, I decided to bring my business home only to create an environment that was conducive to continue to provides services to my already loyal clients. Recently, I reached out to my current clients and previous clients (who no longer come to me) to share their concerns and critiques about my work (Service) and why some no longer patronize. After receiving and reviewing their responses; I was shocked, amazed, pleased and lastly, puzzled at some but to their defense it allowed me to see that I needed to make some adjustments. As a business woman, Nail Stylist, I didnt plan to be in my home this long. As most that live and breath, life happened! Ive gained (I am an Educator, Freelance 1099 artist) a lot being at home and also have been able to see my industry from a different view. One of the major complaints was me being on the phone, texting, tweeting, FB, IG, and my Service Fee ( the prices are subject to change) Yes, I have to market my craft, answer the phone, and make appointments. Im not making no excuses for that at all! So, Ive come up with a solution. I will be in a full service salon. I respect and love my craft and also my clients. That way everything will make sense, and I will have balance! I asked and its all good! Everything will be in its right place and position. Stay tuned for location and times.
