Good evening All IFPros-YTA athletes, What a great day today for the 1st Mid term camp! Thank you to the New athletes and parents, that have joined our movement,and those returning. There has been a slight schedule change on Tuesday (read below), otherwise All is well. We kicked off the morning with some warmup drills and then Coach Sionna Barton took the kids through their paces with Jump 2B Fit and then Coach Patrick Richardson and I finnished the day with some Combine drills and Soccer drills. Tomorrow morning will start the day off with Rugby under coach Patrick Calow, (Bermuda Rugby Youth Development Officer), and Swimming. Please make sure your athlete has the $10 required to use the pool and hopefully obstacle course. So necessary will be goggles, swim suit, towel and a change of clothes. Food wise! Can you make sure all athletes have a balanced lunch. So please do not put chips, cookies, sweets and/or cakes into lunch boxes. also, can we make sure they have water bottles as I have a Pure Water 5 gallon jug so that they can use to refill. Just makes what we are trying to promote the Fitness Lifestyle is inclusive of a balanced diet and not just training.
