Good evening. Was driving down the road outside of Knoxville over weekend when I heard the news. The State of Colorado is in big, big trouble .( Remember, you reap what you sow!). It seems the state that trumpeted their success in legalizing the sale of marijuana just an election ago ,has found themselves with serious problems. It didnt take long. The news said they were overcrowded with homeless, abandoned children. The report indicated the parents came in by large numbers to take advantage of the idiotic decision and have turned into potheads, Unable to care for their kids and have dumped them off on the state to have to care for them. Is this a surprise to anyone? Did we actually think this would not have repercussions?? Just a lesson for us all... Just because idiotic politicians make it law, it doesnt make it right. And who is the loser? The taxpayer. The community. Society. But most of all, those children.. The politicians should bare the burden and expense of the broken homes they have all caused due to their careless search for the almighty dollar. Shame on them! Could they not see this coming? Are they so smart up till election time, to become so stupid the day after they go into office? Im sorry folks, but this stuff makes me furious. The lives of those poor kids will never be the same. The Bible says: ...behold, ye have sinned against the Lord : and be sure your sin will find you out. (Numbers 32:23 KJV) Well gettin down off my stump now. Goin to have to cool off a while!
