Good evening, all. A couple reminders on this fine Tuesday - TopicsExpress

Good evening, all. A couple reminders on this fine Tuesday night... 1) In light of The Gate going back to one service on Sunday mornings, LEGACYouth will begin meeting at a new time (9:30-10:00 am) starting this Sunday. So instead of meeting during service on the first three Sundays of the month, we will be meeting in the youth room (unless specified otherwise) every Sunday thirty minutes prior to the 10:00 am worship service. This will allow youth to participate in the main worship gathering in the sanctuary, while also serving in other capacities (kids church, preschool ministry, nursery, lights/sound/tech, etc)without missing youth. Lyssah & I appreciate all the input received the past couple weeks as weve corporately made this transition. 2) Tomorrow night, all LEGACYouth are invited to meet up at IHOP (1203 Murfreesboro Rd #190, Franklin, TN 37064) 7:00-8:30 pm for our second community night of the month. Please RSVP to me or Lyssah in advance so we can get an accurate headcount. 3) For those interested in being a part of the LEGACYouth Worship band for the October 29 Facedown, we are having a practice 6:00-7:00 pm in the youth room next Wednesday, October 22. We have Ethan Garrett on guitar, myself on keys & Kirsten Bulger on vocals; however, we are looking to fill other spots moving forward, so please contact me if youre interesting in being a part of the LEGACYouth worship community. 4) Finally, Lyssah & I received a major update concerning the Wednesday night schedule leading up to Thanksgiving: Starting October 22, the entire church body will be coming together for an important series of Wednesday nights to really contend for some things in worship and Kingdom experience. What does this mean for us as LEGACYouth? It simply means well be meeting downstairs in the youth room 7:00-8:30 pm every Wednesday starting October 22 through November 5 (this includes Facedown on October 29). Then on November 12, we will join together with the entire church for the grand finale (i.e. “Contend with the Family”). This night will feature a powerful blend of worship, prayer and commissioning. We look forward to journeying with you in the coming weeks. Let’s be believing for a powerful move of God’s Spirit in everyone’s hearts during these weeks...and a greater passion for Jesus...and compassion for the lost. Blessings, ~ Cameron Fry
