Where is that smoke coming from that is south / west of Ashland.....or.;...out near Williams and Selma in Josephine County. It is coming from the Beaver Fire just over the border in California. The prevailing winds that will blow the thunderstorms tomorrow at us from an easterly direction affected the smoke column from the Beaver Fire this evening and tonight. #2. Are the thunderstorms supposed to hit Medford? Grants Pass? Williams? Shady Cove? I could go on here. This is simple.....if you live ANYWHERE in Southern Oregon and Northern California, you ARE going to be under the threat for thunderstorms from tomorrow to Tuesday. NOBODY gets out of this one. This is going to be a region wide event including the Coast. So, no need to ask now......we ALL should be seeing thunderstorms starting tomorrow and going through Tuesday for sure.
