Good evening all!! Today was a pretty good day!! Had visits from MJ Wheeler-Ali, Omar Ali, Caelib, Grandpa and Grandma Wheeler, Grandmaman Jeannette Deno and Ruby!! We wrapped Epic E in her prayer shawl and said some prayers, snuggled up close with the girls and read some stories and got to walk around outside for a bit!! Epic E needed a transfusion today to prepare her for tomorrow and shes looking so pink now!! They had a difficult time getting the picc line to work with the blood so in the end they put in a new IV to run the transfusion through. We are expecting bloodwork to be done in the next hour or so to check her levels but it can be done using the picc so thats nice :-) were hoping to see great numbers (anesthesiology would like her hemoglobin to be at least 90) and her albumin already reached 27 so were hoping there are no surprises!!! Yay Epic E!! For now were off to spend some time together before surgery. Justin is spending the night to relieve some chaos in the morning. For the first time since being here were able to hear the rain and thunder which we see as a good sign! Its one of our favourite things to do as a family and I feel it indicates there are many up above watching over E pouring down their tears in support for tomorrow!!! Like the song says, theres holes in the floor of heaven and her tears are pouring down, thats how you know shes watching wishing she could be here now... There is a lot of love for our little Eleanor coming from all over the place!!!! Thanks so much to everyone for your continued support!!
