Good evening and happy Monday! Tonight we showcase Service Industry Appreciation night, and our features are as follows: ENTREE: Crispy-skin red snapper, served with yellow coriander rice, sauteed sorrel and sweet pepper jam, for $18. SMALL PLATE: Summer rolls with bean sprouts, tomato, cucumber, orange segments and a mint tzatziki sauce to finish, for $5. SOUP: Sweet pea with cilantro lime crema. RISOTTO: Caramelized onions, sweet green peas, ham and fresh herbs, for $14. FLATBREAD: Heirloom tomatoes, spinach, and bleu cheese crumbles with a roasted shallot puree base, for $12. TARTARE: Tuna with wasabi, white sesame and a sweet chili garlic sauce, for $14. CHEESE PLATE: Red dragon, Derby sage and Tomme.
