Good evening, everyone. After a sunny start to our day, plenty of cloud cover moved in around lunch time putting a damper on our afternoon. However, the cloudy skies didnt stop those temperatures from climbing into the mid, even upper 40s across the area. Nonetheless, conditions remained on the chilly side. TONIGHT: A few clouds hang around as partly cloudy skies win out. Overnight lows will be cold as temperatures bottom out in the middle 20s. TOMORROW: Our weather Wednesday will grow a bit more interesting. Well kick off the day on a sunny note before cloud cover increases from our west by early-mid afternoon. A quick hitting Clipper System will dive in from our NW bringing the chance for some rain/snow showers by tomorrow night. Rain will kick off things on the front end of this before much cooler air filters in behind this system allowing a changeover in precipitation to snow. Before you freak out, usually these clipper system lack any real deep moisture. In other words, overall precipitation amounts (either rain or snow) will remain light. IMPACTS: With that said, the best we could see would be a light dusting of snow. For me, its just hard to see much more than this with ground temps being some warm during the afternoon hours and overnight temps only dropping right around freezing. Regardless, the impact looks minimal if you have to do any traveling tomorrow evening/night. However, you might want to allow yourself some extra drive time to be on the safe side! Of course if I see any changes through tomorrow morning, Ill be sure to update the page! That does it for now, folks. Wishing everyone a great evening out there! Stay warm! ~ Chris
