Good evening everyone!!! Ahh what a marvellous day!!! Epic E is in a great mood and we even got out on a pass today!!!! It was a short pass but a very important one!!! Ruby had her first class presentation today, and oh my goodness, she did such a wonderful job!!! Her school is amazing!!!! She was so excited to have ALL of us there to watch!! While I was videoing the little skit they performed she even turned and winked at the camera!! She was wonderful!!! An amazing moment for me was when she was presenting her school work that she had been working on through September!! Not only was it awesome because she has been doing such wonderful things, but we got to a part where she had to write two of her favourite superheroes and she chose Eleanor as one of them... Ahh so amazing!!! It was pretty amazing!!!! It was also neat because the older children hang out with the younger ones and help them out and everyone gets along so well... We are going to miss it there!!! On the medical side of things, not too much has changed except that we got definite confirmation that the fluid in her abdomen was infected (we thought we already knew that but the extended test came back today I guess). She still has both abdominal drains but she is supposed to have an ultrasound tomorrow and potentially have one of the drains removed. She is getting supplemental feeds via the ng tube, she is nursing and she is trying to eat lots!!! That doesnt necessarily mean she is getting lots but she is trying for sure!!!! Grandma Wheeler, Ruby and I all got to get out today after the show to do a bit of shopping and we went to get Rubys hair cut :) Good times!!! For now Eleanor is wanting milk and will probably fall asleep soon enough, after her big outing today!!! Much love to everyone!!! ~*XoX*~ Epic E and Family!!! :)
