Good evening everyone! Tonight Im sharing an ab workout! No hands V hold! ✔ To do this one you need to sit down and raise both legs together and making sure you keep your core as tight as you can because you will also have your hands in the air meaning there is no support other than your core and your lower back. In case you were wondering, yes IT DOES BURN! but always remember that you need to bring the burn in as fast as you can so you can totally work the core and go past that burn barrier so you can improve your resistance. Para realizar este ejercicio debes de sentarte y levantar las piernas juntas en forma, asegurate de contraer tu area abdominal lo mas fuerte que puedas dado a que tendras tus manos en el aire y el unico soporte sera tu abdomen y espalda baja.
