Good evening everyone, Well its been nearly a week since Jamboree and I finally have a few minutes to thank everyone who helped us before, during and after Jamboree! We had some mixed results, having reviewed the logs we have a rusty driver who made plenty of mistakes but a safe car which went straight and kept me in one piece! We ended up running 8.014@172 as our fastest with a slightly early back off and less boost than we usually run so the car wasnt far off where we want it. We did lose all 3 rounds of pro289 after being told we qualified 3rd where our goal after so long out was just to make the field! My crew and supporters, what can I say about them besides you guys rock and I cant thank you enough! They include John Templeton, Mark Bannister, Trent Assenheim, Damian Blair, Dan Hall, Lyam Hall, Brandon Mark Sugars, Paul Andrew Hayward, and Aaron Gregory who have all put in hard yards at the shed, Barbara Ann McKern and Dad for ferrying Matty from the Gold Coast to watch us, Paul Heyward and Jess Powell, Rebecca Hayward, Esther Pellowe, Nathan MacPherson, Peter Lawrence, Susan Jadkonis, Crispy, Paul Dowdall, Tyra Hall, Tanya Lamble for moral support on the day and of course Koby Lewis and Emily Hipwell for help organizing via the office!
