Good evening folks, Should anyone feel a little seasick or tire of nautical themes, take heart, for we are not restricted by the great ocean before us nor the unfathomable depths beneath. Here we can unfetter ourselves from earthly cares and unfurl our wings, if you desire we can soar as high as Jonathan Livingston Seagull, cross deserts of scorching sand or climb mountains of majestic beauty, we can travel across the stars and visit a plethora of exotic worlds. Poetry, songs, storybooks, paintings and of course the magic of cinema are a few ways in which we can share with each other the vast expanse of the imagination. Life can be quite demanding and draining at times but in your quiet halls and darkest moments may the world never render you dreamless. Last Star update. Well theres been a little set building as we prepare ourselves for the next round of filming, this week I decapitated three dragons, cruel perhaps but necessary - actually not nearly as exciting as it sounds. In fact theres been a few things brewing in the cauldron for some time now, of which I soon hope to give you a little taste. We most certainly have not been idle, so please stay tuned. As you would be well aware Last Star will be part of the Guerrilla filmmaking event at the upcoming Armageddon Expo. It was with great pleasure that I meet today with my counterparts Jonothan Rayner-Burt and Dimi Nakov - Directors of Stella 459 and ARA. Both have created exciting new worlds with dedication and passion. To be honest Id be quite content to sit down in the audience and listen to these quys discuss their projects, to quote a Spock-ism its fascinating. They are of course both quite insane, but wonderful people all the same. Its with genuine interest that I hope to peer a little closer into their worlds at this event. Also special thanks to Deb Byrnand of Red Carpet New Zealand for your involvement today. It was both insightful and very helpful, a real privilege meet you.
