Good evening from the Blue Turtle Bistro! Tonight our chefs have prepared a 60 oz beef tenderloin topped with a summertime mushroom ragout and a honey jalapeno drizzle. Finished off with a delicious demi glaze. We look forward to seeing you at dinner!
