Good evening!!! got my Thursday started off at 5am YMCA 20/20/20 with Beth. Awesome class as usual. first 20 minutes spinning on the Kesier Spin Cycle got 10 miles in today ( squeezed a few in before class and an extra .5 as everyone was moving to the other room for the rest of class. 2nd 20 minutes kettlebell training with a 30lb kettle bell. last 20 minutes hand weight and cardio. used a pair of 20lb hand weights for biceps, triceps, shoulders. mountain climbers was our main cardio. next was 6am YMCA Billy Goating. after class hopped on the treadmill and set the speed to 5.0 mph and the elevation to max and walked 3 miles in 36:-8 and burned 661 calories. cut it short by 2 miles to get some soaking and stretching done in the hot tub/spa.
