Good evening ladies! Under $20. Under 20 minutes. #fromarealkitchen #realistichealthydinners What you need: 1 bag of chicken tenderloins Minced garlic Juice from half of lemon 2 tbsp of olive oil Sea salt and pepper 2-3 medium sized zucchini 1 bag of baby carrots 2 tbsp of olive oil Sea salt and pepper Seasonings of your choice Place chicken in a shallow pan. Add the garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt/pepper. Sauté Preheat oven to 425. Cut veggies into wedges. Line a baking tray with foil and spray with Pam Olive oil . Season to taste. Examples: paprika, cumin, cayenne, thyme, sage,rosemary, garlic, ect.... Hope you enjoy, and know you can choose any two vegetables and seasonings of your choice. With love, Jenn
