Good evening ladies and gents! Because I love my 6 AM bootcampers, and they have asked me to continue; I am going to do just that! However, because I am headed back to school and have coaching obligations as well I will be adjusting the time to 5:50-6:30 so I can get to my primary responsibility! Please let me know if you are interested (whether you are currently in my class, or thinking about joining.) I need to make sure I have enough interested people to keep it going. Just post here or send me an inbox message. This will be a monthly class ($35 for three days a week or $30 for two days a week.) We will meet MWF at 5:50 and will end promptly at 6:30. A special thank you to my originals as you continue your fitness journey! You are doing awesome! (Especially those of you who have had set backs, but keep working hard to make it to class!)
