Good evening students,friends and all, TPĞD love all, Let see how our educational system impact this modern world ! 4)During 21 century led to greater changes our Educational System ‘’Development of Trade and commerce, National and International business, economic and political fields between 20 to 21 century led greater changes our educational system also.’’How? explain we ge from following paragraph.’’ Development all Global System, make change national and international educational system, economical policies and political changes brought greater sense of responsibilities has been developing on issue such as Human rights, social and economical behaviors, environmental protection process, terrorism, tax and tariff formalities etc. development because huge changed or due to impact of globalization. Several nations developed and adopted differed legal and legislative doctrine instruments for the protected either general or special human right against like torture, black mailing, black marking, apartheid, genocide, cheating/copy of literature or business trade marks, fraudulence and so on. Simultaneously, Human protection and privation rights(Like children, women, workers etc.)also developed. Some Human rights and regulation are binding upon the states whether they have ratified relevant international convention or not, no problem for internal use but external use may be some time prohibited. Today our democracies policy carry human right and regulation have been incorporated into domestic laws of a nation and a state as well, means the policy has its own rules. The huge development of national and international business in globally or world-wise it make human right issued wider in international arena it is not just remain as a domestic view, in this modern gobble business process. The duty of the international community to protect the human right. Other great duty to protect to human from the violations or safe from other fundamental right like political, social, cultural and economic harassment as well. According to Human protection right, the right of education has a distance character if we focus for full implementation of human right standards and for the protect of human rights abuses. The right of education is essential and sensible or tough must part for the exercise of all other human rights and social development even responsibility. Economical, cultural, social, political and civil rights are rather then educational right hence it is very sensible then overall right of human beings. Here the recognition of essential right of education stems from the various heart of UNESCOs mission. İnternal part of its/UNESCOs constitutional mandate spread educational mission various way. The Universal Declaration of Human right in 1948 in order to ensure the right to education for everyone and educational benefit to ensure accessibility for all human beings in equal manner (Universal Declaration of Human Right,1948,article 26).Article 2 of the UNESCO explain or description all terms and condition of education even all types and level of education including standard and quality of education and condition under which is given(See UNESCO convention against discrimination in education Article-1) .Moreover Article 1 provide clear guideline even wide definition of several term and condition of discrimination, understood to include any distinction, exclusion, its like dislike, limitation according to race, language, social organs, religions, gender, color, opinion, economic condition of birth etc. Even in ECHR right to education is define as inalienable in article 2 of protocol 1(see European Convention on Human Right, Protocol 1,Article 2).The İnternational organisation are not only obey the rules and regulation but they should be prevent discrimination on the ground of gender, language, religion and opinion in education along with protect equality, sovereignty, treatment and opportunities for all educational level and respective field. ECHR paper present seen tough rules about right of education non-recognition country like northern Cyprus universities are hung over this rules and regulation from educational freedom mean it is like a violation of right of education for north Cyprus people.
