Good graphic combating the consumer politics that plagues our movement. This is precisely why a revolutionary must have an organization, be grounded among the people, and have a strategy guided by revolutionary theory. No amount of thrift shops or fair trade buying will end our oppressive capitalist system. In fact much of what we see as fair-trade, ethical consumer politics are exactly the new ideological fronts being waged on the people. Instead of organizing for a better world altogether, the ruling class promote their own solutions which are only here to pacify revolutionary movements and continue their accumulation of wealth while they pimp the people through their bourgeois ethics.
