Good grief... Just waited in line at Australia Post to fix my mail redirection that I did online - didnt realise that the system had picked up a Victorian Ocean Beach rd until Id paid for it. I had to cancel the service as they cant alter it and then they only refunded $15 of the $37 Id paid!! Then I had to redo the damn thing and pay again!!!! Did not have time to argue but a big fat complaint is about to hit the Australia Post website!!!!
