Good grief! Summons for Cook County jury duty for May 16th. Second time for me since weve lived here. Total tally: Me 2, Josh 1. I certainly dont mind the civic duty and all...but I know how this goes. I will get to sit for a few hours before even being chosen, and then once I tell them my occupation, it will be another hour b/c the defense att. will toy around with the idea, but in the end, I will be dismissed b/c they typically dont want LEOs serving on jury trials... :-/
