Good luck to the team racing Yarrawonga Mulwala Multi Sport - TopicsExpress

Good luck to the team racing Yarrawonga Mulwala Multi Sport Festival and Adelaide 2014 Australian Duathlon Championships tomoz. I must say its a pleasure to work with all of these athletes as they are committed and deserve solid results. Dan Kelly lines up for the OD at Yarrawonga in the best nick of his life. This fella has no weakness, his run has come to the party, and he is capable of taking it up the road. He is rested well and the training points to a solid result. Geoffrey Taylor will be contesting the 10|40|5 duathlon distance and will be very hard to contain. He is running well and his cycling legs are as strong as I have seen them. This is an A race for Geoff and it will take a mighty performance from competitors to stop him. Catherine Allison will also contest the 10|40|5 duathlon distance and although this is not a race we are targeting, her bike run combo is right up there with the best. This is the first of 3 key races in 6 weeks for Catherine and she certainly will be in contention. Mark Skilton will be racing the 5|20|3 duathlon in the hunt for points for next years World Champs. Mark has only just returned to training (post world champs) and is back into base miles as he prepares for his first half distance in Feb. Although a train through race, I am expecting a very strong run-bike combo from skilts. Rip it up! Stay tuned for results.
