Good morning Amarillo and Facebook friends, Happy Veterans Day! Wherever you come from...be blessed today... I had a great idea and would like to try it. Here goes: WHAT IS THE GREATEST, MOST CHERISHED LIFE MEMORY YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH OTHERS...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ELEBORATE.. Ill start to break the ice; I have many my marriage to Gale Marie, the birth of my son...others, but the one that comes to mind for me is when my son had graduated the Cleveland Naval Academy went through Navy Boot Camp then Medical training only to find he was to be handed over to the Marines at Pendleton... you guessed it...another boot camp with them! He seemed a little apprehensive at first, but later as a video sent of him and others going through this camp culminated in my scaling Mount Mother-Alpha One, so steep...like a Curahee moment in the Band of Brothers series. I saw my son going from a teenager to a tough and ready young man....a proud moment for us... thanks for your service son in Iraq, on this Veterans Day SO WHATS YOURS??? Please share...thanks Roy..
