Good morning, America!!!! Here I am……loud mouth, wrinkles and all……!!! Who says we are too old??? I think sometimes, we allow ourselves to be convinced we no longer have a value…..when we truly do!!!! You see, there was a time I didnt look like a test pilot in a broom factory…..Ive never been a beauty, but didnt send small children screaming into the arms of their parents! Ha! As I have grown older, the skin has given way to all the sun I have collected on it during my years working outside! I used to be a brown as a nut!! Now….Im just nuts!! My strong legs that could kick a hole through concrete, barely gets my cellulite off the floor….ugly, isnt it?? Those strong legs are painted with veracious veins, which makes my great grand babies ask…..does it hurt, Nanna?? So, who cares??? I can still teeter along on them!!! The luster in my hair has turned to ugly silver and mousy looking. That is no problem, really, its my eyebrows I miss!! The outer half of my eyebrows have slid down to my top lip…..no problem….I own tweezers… HOWEVER, the neighbors are wondering what all the screaming is about… Hmmm! So…..Ive definitely gone downhill physically……BUT!!! Where nonsense used to live in my hear, WISOM has moved in, over time! Where my eyes used to be 20/20 I now have INSIGHT! I once worked for hours and hours straight, now I PRAY! Once God was a word to me and I didnt pay Him much attention. Guess, I thought He would understand…..He knows Im goofy, after all…. NOW, HE whispers to me constantly through my mind, other people and situations. I once didnt pay much time to where I would spend eternity, let alone who was doing what in the WH…..NOW, I am 100% ASSURED my days will be walking with Jesus for ALL ETERNITY and as far as our WH goes…… MY GOD is fixing to kick butt and take names on those who have desecrated His name and our Nation founded under GOD!! I thank Jesus for the victory and continue to do my part to bring it about. Thank you all for listening to the words and music of an OLD WOMAN! I can still outwork Michelle…. Just sayin….
