Good morning America! I hope everyone has a great Saturday. A salute to start the day to a Huck’s Hero, Jon Lewis Alexander of Marionville, Missouri. He was working the register at a liquor store when a customer walked up, started to pull out a pistol and demanded money. But boy, did he pick the wrong victim. Jon is a 30-year military veteran with four tours of Iraq under his belt, plus stints as a prison guard, private eye and extraditer of federal prisoners. Before the robber could point his gun, Jon had shoved his arm aside, whipped out his own Walther PPX 9-millimeter handgun, and had the barrel in the guy’s mouth. The crook took off running. Jon didn’t shoot because, he said, he never even felt threatened. It was all caught on a security video that’s become quite a hit on the Internet. Jon gave the police a detailed description. And if they catch him, they’ll have solid evidence. They got a DNA sample from his mouth by swabbing the barrel of Jon’s pistol.
