Good morning! Any early morning cooks out there today? Whatcha making? I was up at 5.30am making risotto for hubbys work lunch, because that was the easiest no-brainer I could think of... Thermomix style of course, can go back to bed while it cooks! ;) Bacon, mushrooms, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes. The kids will be happy - risotto for breakfast, keeping hot in the Thermoserver for when they wake up!! :D (This is what happens when you dont have bread too often - you get good at quick & easy meals!) Oh and btw, my oven is getting hooked up this avvie - eek, cant wait!!! Its so gigantic, fills half the kitchen! The kids have requested pizza first, but well see. Have to season the oven first for a couple of hours. I may end up cooking half the night tonight - ha ha!! :D
