Good morning FB!! Happy Saturday! So, I was at the gym yesterday doing back lat pull-downs when a trainer from the gym came up and asked if he could make a suggestion. Since he wasnt one of the ones that looks out of shape, I thought Id listen to what he had to say. He said that doing the pull-downs behind the neck caused too much strain on my rotator cuff and was not a good exercise to be doing. He said the same thing about the behind the neck push press too. I have rotator cuff issues so Im inclined to listen to this advice. Anybody got any opinions on the subject????
