Good morning Facebook family. 49 Strong is taking applications on Mentors, Credible Messengers, and people who are instrested in Community Policing. Our organization is about changing social ills by bridging gaps in our community with proper resources to be pro active in helping transform our neighborhoods into communities. Our Cure Violence program is a hands on approach to de-escalate gun violence in the communities of Stapleton and ParkHill. This year we are hoping to expand this effective initiative to other areas on the North Shore of Staten Island that have been plagued by gun violence. We also have a Fatherhood Program that offers necessary vital information that will help you in FAMILY COURT and your relationship with your child and custodial parent. We also help with attaining your OSHA, Flagging and Scaffolding certifications that will help you become qualified in working all the new CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS on Staten Island. We are also engaged in political affairs that effect the lives on Staten Island. These are only some of the issues that we tackle on a day to day basis.
