Good morning............ GREAT JUSUN, GREAT!....... Please fellow comrades. Lets ruminate a little about the word CONSTITUTION. A friend of mine once try to define it as the GRUNDNUM or the FULCRUM or the FUNDAMENTAL or the ORGANIC law that CLEARLY SPELT OUT how our great country NIGERIA should be GOVERNED and also the SYSTEM or MODALITY of the GOVERNMENT as well as the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS of the CITIZEN are been fully GUARANTEED. Now, to fully understand the CONSTITUTION or CFRN of 1999, lets approach with the interpretation and explanation of 2 great TESTs in postulating 3 great ISSUES for our lingering STRIKE ACTION: 1. REPUGNANCY TEST: Is the said CFRN of 1999 in any way REPUGNANT to NATURAL JUSTICE, EQUITY or GOOD CONSCIENCE in any way of it application of any section? 2. INCONSISTENCY TEST: Is CFRN of 1999 recognized the existence of any LAW or PRACTICES of any PERSON or GOVERNMENT to be fully or partial inconsistent to it? If there is such what does the SECTION 3 of the said CFRN says If any other LAW is inconsistent with .......... have to do about it? 3. SUPREMACY of CFRN of 1999: SECTION 1 of it says that, This CONSTITUTION is supreme and it PROVISIONS shall have BINDING FORCE on all AUTHORITIES and PERSONS throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Then, my people, where are we? Where are we heading to? The leaderships of JUSUN are doing their best as at DATE over this issue of TOTAL and COMPLETE FINANCIAL AUTONOMY of JUDICIARY in NIGERIA and we followers really appreciate THEM and are saying KUDOS. But, lets keep praying, braced ourselves and open our eyes widely, because we are not in a country where Government easily conceded to anything that doesnt benefit it.
