Good morning God, Good morning Jesus, Good morning Holy Spirit. Good morning everyone from outside of the little town of Exeland, Wisconsin. Its 1 and feels like 1. Looking at a high of 11. brrrfrrr. Hey, it could be -11 so, quiet down Sharon and quit complaining. hahaha. Well, for those living in the USA today is Thanksgiving Day. What are you Thankful for this Day? I am Thankful for a God who is so good to all who Love and believe in Him. I am Thankful for my Church and Church family. I am so very Thankful for a mother who is a great blessing to me and all who know her. I am Thankful for all of my family and for the love we share. I am Thankful I have a roof over my head and food. Some are not so blessed. I pray this day and every day that we would find a way to put a roof over everyones head and food for all to eat. Lord, I am Thankful that I can come to You with anything and You will steer me to the right direction to go. So, today we all give Thanks, but what about the rest of the year? Do you show people gratitude and tell them you love them? A simple Thank You means a lot to me and I am sure to everyone. Think of that person going in a door ahead of you, they look back and see more people coming and step back and hold that door for everyone, do you simply walk through that door or do you smile and thank them for doing that? The person in the grocery line who sees you have but one or two items and tells you to go ahead, do you thank them? That person who gives their seat to someone who needs it, do you thank them? That out of the blue phone call, do you thank them? When help is needed and it comes without asking or if you ask is it given with a smile, do you thank them? Growing up, I was always taught please and thank you and have not forgotten it. Not just one day out of the year but, always. Those in other countries who dont celebrate this day, do you remember to thank people whenever they do something kind? Lets stop expecting that these things be done for us and truly give thanks for any help. Maybe someone says thank you, do you then say, you are welcom or do you ignore that thank you and say nothing. We could all start being a little kinder every day of the year. There it is, my thoughts on ThanksGiving Day. I love every person in this world and I simply know and am aware of how much more God loves everyone.
