Good morning!! Happy weekend. Soooo, I often get asked what exercises I do for my core. I train core very rarely but when I do these are a few of the exercises I like to do- 1. hanging raises - remembering to release your legs down slowly once up, an alternative to this is knees to chest then progress to legs in front ☺ 2. Ab rollout with a barbell- keeping back flat and core tight, dont let back sag and only go as far out as you can while holding this position. When doing these exercises really put mind to muscle, I find this makes a huge difference!!! Keeping in mind that you can do as many ab exercises as you like - but what determines visual abs is the amount of fat you have covering them. Diet is a major factor in this.
