Good morning! Heres a great tip for the advanced dieters out there who are eating a very low amount of calories per lb of body weight and need a little energy boost (whilst also maintaining lean mass). Take this supplement stack every 4 hours (ideally between meals) 6g BCAA 1.5-2g Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500mg Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 10g Glutamine I would recommend removing Tyrosine from this stack in an evening as its used to synthesise the neurotransmitter dopamine which will make you more alert.
