Good morning, I want to complain regarding the power failures in Suiderberg, Pretoria. Since Sunday 16th May we’ve been having power failures every day. Sunday the power was off from 13H30 till after 19H30 Monday the power was off again from 12H00 till 19H30 Yesterday (Tuesday) the power was off again from 13H00 till 21H30 Today again the power went off at 01H30 and is still off at 07H06. My account number is 2033211813 Physical address: 856 Dowson street, Suiderberg This is really ridiculous that the power keeps on going off and for such long periods. It seems as if the technicians do not know what they are doing when fixing the problem. Who can I send an account for the food in my fridge that needs to be replaced and also for the damage to my swimming pool as the filtration system is damaged due to the power that keeps on going off. Damage to the alarm system’s battery with all the electricity failures. I switch my geyser off and my timer on my pool is set on a cycle to run only certain hours during the day also to safe power. As a customer I try my best to save electricity, but it does not seem as if the City of Tshwane cares about the people. Myself and my neighbours’ have small children which we have to take care off, but without electricity we cannot do that and those that are trying to work from their homes for a living also can’t do it.
