Good morning! MeatlessMondays recipes are back, this week.. Chickpea Salad! -This one is a winner. You can eat it by itself, put it in a wheat or green wrap, and best of all, make tons and refrigerate it to eat during the week as a side or power-snack. It has all the protein you need and the cant-stop-eating quality you love.
