Good morning North Wales and beyond, another beautiful spring day here in Glyndyfrdwy. Todays theme......Bart Simpson does them every episode of the Simpsons, they go over Bwlch y Ddeufaen and scar the landscape,they carry trains.....yep, LINES. Menai and Conwy old bridges hang by them in engineering magnificence, they are straight as in roads or very curved on an OS map to show our mountains. We catch fish (well sometimes in my case) on them, plant our plants following them, and admire them on buildings mostly built years ago. We refer to our family lines (a topic for later this week, so start digging out any old photos of your families here in North Wales ) and for us farming types the lines of pedigree for our animals. So there you are, straight squiggly, whatever.....must refer to NW, and be your own......a few are leaving out where they are too! I am fortunate to be able to ID most pictures of the common places, but many cannot, let them know please! Have a good one Off to spread fertilizer on the fields now, in lines no doubt.... Oh, we now have 964 members, no doubt we will reach 1000 by the weekend... Ga
